Orthodontic Treatment of Congenital Missing Lower Bicuspids, Georgia Orthodontic Care, Lawrenceville, GA 30043

Patient presents with congenital missing lower bicuspids (#20 & #29).  Both primary molars are retained with very weak root structures.  Instead of maintaining these primary molars for future dental implants, Dr. Nguyen decided to extract these baby molars and protract the back permanent teeth forward into the extracted sites.  Shown below is the before & after photos.
